Hello Friends,
I'm doing pretty good with my running, WOW! I would love to be in a 1/2
marathon with one of my running friends soon:-) I am working on 3-4 miles
4-5 times a week, with an occasional 6 miles.
Exercising helps me eat well, it creates a good cycle of watching my
eating behaviors and keeps me motivated to NOT overeat.
